Chicago is about to get a new kind of adrenaline rush.

THE CUBE, the high-energy game experience inspired by the global entertainment brand and hit TBS television game show, is making its U.S. debut in Chicago, bringing competition, technology, and a serious dose of spectacle to one of the country’s biggest entertainment destinations.

Think game show meets immersive experience—with players stepping inside a 13-by-13-foot glass CUBE and facing a series of challenges designed to test everything from balance and memory to speed, concentration, and split-second judgment.

And this isn’t a small-scale pop-up.

The Chicago experience will feature 21 individual glass CUBEs, covering more than 25,000 square feet of premium entertainment space. Using custom technology and specially designed game environments, groups of four will compete across seven one- and two-player games, each presenting a different physical or mental challenge.

The goal sounds simple: beat THE CUBE.

Actually doing it is another story.

Players will have to master their skills while the pressure builds, earning points as they work through a series of games that can demand precision one moment and pure nerve the next. Balance, memory, speed and judgment all come into play—and sometimes the biggest challenge may simply be keeping your head when the clock is running.

That combination is what gives THE CUBE its appeal. It isn’t just about being the fastest or the strongest. A player might need a steady hand, a sharp memory, perfect timing or the ability to make the right decision under pressure.

And because the games are designed for both individual players and teams, there’s another layer to the experience: how well do you know the people you’re playing with?

The result is a Chicago entertainment experience that sits somewhere between live game show, competitive social outing and immersive technology attraction.

For visitors, it offers another reason to put Chicago on the itinerary. For locals, it could become the kind of place where a casual night out turns into a story you keep telling.

Chicago has never been short on ways to compete. From neighborhood softball diamonds to bowling alleys, trivia nights and packed sports bars, the city has a particular affection for a little friendly rivalry.

THE CUBE just puts that rivalry inside a glass box.

With its U.S. debut, Chicago becomes the launching point for an experience built around spectacle, competition and the increasingly popular world of immersive entertainment.

Come in with your friends. Pick your team. Step inside.

Then try to beat THE CUBE.
